St Paul's Symbol
Brief explanation
Each saint has a story and a reason why he or she led an exemplary life. Symbols have been used to tell these stores throughout the history of the church. In my symbol that I have created , I used a sword which represent what God assigned to st Paul which he was a persecutor of the Church. The great change in Saint Paul shows, afterward he speaks of the Word of God and the Sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17) .The book is a symbol of his conversion into the greatest preacher of the Church though it also represents all the letters he wrote to communities which now are in the Bible and his great love of writing .Finally the dove represents Christianity , purity and how he changed from a Jew to a Christian.
